The more I think about it, that “Martha” scene from Dawn of Justice would of work a lot better if it’s meant to be a satire. You know, make fun of something that supposes to take itself seriously and you should laugh at it.

Hell, I think Teen Titans Go’s Let's Get Serious is BvS: Dawn of Justice done correctly. Yes, it’s one of those “attack the critics” episodes but after rewatching it, they at least tried to make fun of superheroes for being all dark, edgy, and serious.
